Concrete model and solitons
A concrete technical realization compatible with Serena uses a fundamental field ψ : ℝ³,¹ → S³ with an induced U(1) structure. From ψ one obtains derived geometric objects and a topological sector supporting Hopf-type solitons (knotted configurations) characterized by an invariant Hopf charge.
